Purchase Still Pending

    Hello, I ordered xenbook with a verified paypal business account, but my order still says pending? I really would like to start getting my site up with this theme to add my custom mods to it. How long will it take to process?

    I know you have been processed now, medge, and thanks for your order! :)

    Just for future customers' reference, orders are manually processed, and can take up to 24 hours, usually much quicker however, but due to time zone differences etc, please do allow a little while for the order to be processed :)

    why are orders processed manually? ordered a skin from a different site and had the same problem.

    hopefully will be able to add this style before halloween :lol:

    Because there is a lot of fraud and piracy involved with selling commercial addons and styles for XenForo.

    Halloween is by Kim, so she is the only one that can approve it, and it is ~3AM where she lives.

    I sent her an email letting her know about the pending order.

    My order for halloween is also pending. Why does this need approval? If the payment clears couldn't it be immediate?

    Hi guys, firstly thanks for the orders.

    All our transactions are manually approved by the designer involved, the reason for this is for simple counter fraud measures.

    With a digital product obviously if someone is fraudulently purchasing it with a (for example) stolen Paypal account/ credit card, or if they are from a warez site with the intention of distributing the theme illegally, we are basically screwed if the goods are delivered.. as such it is our very strict policy that the site in question is viewed as legit before we release the goods.

    This process is usually pretty quick, however the shop we are currently using doesn't notify us of purchases pending, as it is still in an Alpha version of development.

    Sorry for the delay, I will process your orders now, and you will be advised if they have been approved or not... in your case Kentaurus it will be approved as you have previously purchased from us and been approved then.

    Thanks Kim. Too bad you guys have to deal with piracy like that, it must be a pain approving every customer manually.

    I check throughout the day, so it isn't that big an issue (I just alert Kim when she has an order).
